Pretty Elegance at House of Laurels wedding venue in Maleny

Jodie and Jonathan visited Eden Cakes and Cupcakes Studio a couple of months ago and told me of the fun Disney style wedding they had planned.

 

With 120 guests expected and the cake to be served as dessert it was decided that 4 tiers of different mudcake flavours would be the way to go.



The flavour choices were:

• Rich dark chocolate mudcake
• White chocolate and raspberry mudcake
• White chocolate and caramel mudcake
• White chocolate and vanilla mudcake.

Jodie specifically requested that her wedding colours feature on the cake so the bottom tier was covered with blue ruffles fading out to an ivory.

I can't show you the actual décor on the topcake for copyright reasons but Jodie and Jonathon sent me an email post wedding and said that their guests loved the cake.

Wedding Cupcakes at Weddings at Tiffanys Maleny

Once again I was up early baking vanilla and rich chocolate cupcakes for a lovely wedding held yesterday at Weddings at Tiffanys in Maleny.

The bridal couple had a very pretty display of dusky pink sugar blossoms topping their cupcakes which sat in Ivory heart cupcake wraps.

The topcake was a rich vanilla buttercake iced with the same rich vanilla buttercream and finished with hand crafted sugar blossoms.

Candyce and Lee chose Weddings at Tiffanys Wedding Venue for their wedding celebration.

They were married at the beautiful onsite chapel with the Glasshouse Mountains as their backdrop.

The bridal couple chose vanilla buttercake cupcakes topped with rich buttercream and fresh rosebuds for their wedding cupcake presentation with a top cutting cake featuring fresh flowers created by Tiffanys Flowers.

I was up very early that day as there were 120 cupcakes to make, bake and ice so the days can start very early at the Studio.
